First Day - Addis Ababa

After trying to find an internet cafe with enough speed or even electricity we have finally managed to get on the internet. We landed at around 6:45 (3:45 GMT) this morning and are both now exhausted. We have had a tour by one of our hosts, and run a few errands. The surroundings are a complete culture shock, many buildings are built like slums, beggars on the streets and there are lots of goats around! There are no rules of traffic so is a bit hectic but we are sure we will get used to it. Hoping to upload some pictures for you soon, depending on the internet connection!          Jonathon and Hannah
