Day 13

Hi J hope you are all enjoying the cold back in England. Today whilst Hannah once again taught the grade 5/6 class English, Jonny led a revision lesson on some of the high frequency words, which they have been learning over the last couple of lessons. This is also a very good assessment tool for us to judge where the children are in their learning. We then once again had the opportunity to watch Ann teach some more Maths, where they played some number games and started to think about times tables again. In the afternoon we read another Mr Men story, getting the children to repeat phrases to help improve their pronunciation. After this we did a small amount of times tables before then playing a game with the help of Ann. They played the game Someone Who, to get the children talking to each other. We then returned to the house to plan for tomorrow. We want to thank everyone once again for reading our blog, we are almost at 1000 views J which is amazing. We also want to thank people for the messages of support and the Skype calls that are helping us whilst we are on this experience. J

Part of the school when they line up in the morning, this is over half the school, showing how small the school is!
